1. How much does it cost for shipping?
For domestic orders, shipping is automatically calculated for you and shows in your final total on the check out page. The shipping cost is based on the destination zip code and the actual weight of the merchandise order once it’s packed and completed. Note that this rate calculation is based on shipments shipping out from New York City.
For international orders, please use the order form, which is available from the top menu bar marked as "Fax Order" on our homepage, and fax the order to us. Or, you may contact us at info@first-wholesale.com , or call us at 347-663-5690 directly. If shipping cost is not calculated automatically, we will send you the shipping method and cost information. Only upon your confirmation of the final order and total cost, we ship out the products right away, and you will receive another confirmation about the delivery date.
If you have a UPS account and prefer us to bill the freight charges to your account, or if you have a special request such as special handling or rush shipping, contact us by sending email to info@first-wholesale.com, or call us at 347- 663-5690 directly. Your may also write special instructions and comment on the check out page.
2. What do you use for shipping?
We use UPS ground for domestic shipping. You can choose ground, next day air, 2 days & 3 days select. The shipping cost is automatically calculated and is added to your final total on the check out page. 3. How do you receive payments?
We receive credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover) payments for online orders. And for orders using credit card payments, we ship out the products on the same day or the next business day. You may also choose to make payment using cashier's check or money order, then we ship out the products after we receive your payment.
International Orders are welcome! We process credit card payments, West Union payments, and wire transfers. Our online prices and invoices do NOT include duties or other taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.
4. Procedure for Bank Wire Transfers:
After the order is placed, we will email you the exact total, including shipping costs and give you instructions on where to send the bank wire transfer. Upon our banks receipt of the transfer, (usually within 24 hours from when you sent it) we will ship your order to you.
5. Procedure For International Credit Card Orders:
After the order is placed, we will email you the exact total, including shipping costs. We need you to fax a copy of your credit card (Front side and Back Side) with a written authorization in English and signature of cardholder that states that you allow First-Wholesale.com to charge your credit card and ship to your address. We need the issuing bank and phone number of your credit card company. We need a valid E-mail address, contact phone number and fax number. Fax the above information to (347) 663-5690 (Note: International orders may take more than 24 hours to process due to verification purposes)
6. Has my order been shipped?
Click the "(MY ACCOUNT)" link at the top of our website to check your orders status. You need to login to check your order status.
7. May I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is entered into our system, we will be unable to cancel the order. Our customers appreciate our fast shipping and prompt delivery of order(s). In order to maintain our consistent customer service and timely delivery, we cannot delete submitted order(s) from our system. To prevent mistakes in your order(s), we advise you to please thoroughly review your order(s) prior to submission. If you receive an order that you would have preferred to cancel, you may return the item to us and a credit will be applied to your account. Simply follow the instructions under Return Policy. 8. Do you sell faked or replica Sunglasses and Handbags? Are you violating copyright law by selling these products?
No, we don’t. We only sell high quality, non-brand name products. Many of our products are inspired by brand name designs, but the products are neither faked or authentic brand names products. You will get a huge price advantage by purchasing our products and you will not violating copyright laws by selling these sunglasses.
9. Do you have minimum order?
No, we don't have minimum order. You may make both small and large purchases as your wish.
10. I need to obtain more information (size, dimension, appearance) for certain products?

11. Some items are missing from my order.
As indicated above our normal fulfillment rate is about 99% - 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued. If you have been billed for items that are not received please email us at info@first-wholesale.com and we will investigate the matter immediately.
12. I have my own design and wishes to custom made my merchandise, can you do that?
Yes, we can manufacture any fashion accessories, as long as it is legal to do so. The minimum requirement is 2000 pieces and different products have different requirements.
13. Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?
Yes we do. Basically, for order over
$500 --3% off listed wholesale price
$1,000 -- 5% off listed wholesale price
$5,000 or more - Please call for pricing. We will offer the most competitive price for you.

15. How long is the backorder or presale?
Normally if an item is a backorder, it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to restock. We do not restock every item; only items that are popular may be restocked. For presale items there is an estimated date of arrival in each of the product’s description.
16. Why is my credit card charged when you didn’t ship my order yet?
There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized.
17. Do I need to have a company in order to buy from First-Wholesale.com?
First-Wholesale.com is a business to business (B2B) website that sells sunglasses, handbags and accessories to companies or individuals who resell at wholesale and/or retail levels.
18. What is the suggested retail price for your sunglasses?
Most businesses sell them for $10, 2 for $15, and 3 for $20. If you use this price point, your average income per glass should be $8.5, a very nice profit since these sunglasses wholesale price are between $10 to $28 per dozen. (Price depends on style picked and quantity ordered.)
19. How can I start to sell sunglasses?
If you are a store owner, you may add a display on your counter, and order 20 dozen sunglasses to start to make profit. And if you are not sure which styles you need to choose, you may order a sample package ( a pack of 12 different styles) to start with.
If you don't own a store, you may still find a lot of places and events that you can sell sunglasses such as Concerts, Street Fairs, Carnivals, Parking Lots, City, County and State Fairs, Parks, Parades, Flea Markets, Mail Order, Boat Shows, Auto Shows, Sporting Events, Mail Kiosks, E-Commerce, Distributors/Wholesalers.
